Professional Training and Collaborations
In an effort to equip professional agencies to best respond to sexual assault survivors, Rape Response provides professional training to (including but not limited to):
- Law enforcement
- Medical personnel
- Collaborative agencies
Rape Response also hosts quarterly SART (Sexual Assault Response Team) meetings, which are designed to review cases and evaluate systemic responses to better meet the needs of survivors of sexual assault. Members of SART include law enforcement, prosecutors, and SANEs (sexual assault nurse examiners). Rape Response is proud to maintain strong collaborative partnerships, which in turn help to provide survivors with the best collective response.
