Jeanne Buffington, Executive Director  

Executive Director Jeanne Buffington provides overall leadership and management of the agency, working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers to support and promote Rape Response’s mission and activities.

 

Gale Adams, Volunteer and Direct Services Coordinator

Gale provides intervention, support, assessment and referrals for survivors and the people who love them during crisis and recovery. Gale also supervises staff and volunteers.

 

Erica Autry, Advocate

Erica provides crisis intervention, support and advocacy for survivors and their loved ones during crisis and recovery. 

 

Angel Footman, Advocate 

Angel provides crisis intervention, support and referral services to survivors and those who care about them during times of crisis and recovery. Angel coordinates and supervises interns. She is also a facilitator for Darkness to Light, Stewards of Children.

 

Rebeca Ruelas, Bilingual Advocate 

Rebeca provides crisis intervention and support to survivors and their loved ones. Rebeca speaks Spanish and English, enabling her to provide direct services and outreach to Spanish speaking survivors and communities.

 

Anjana Freeman, Licensed Professional Counselor & Community Educator

Anjana provides Community and Professional Education on topics including Trauma Informed Services, the Psychology and Physiology of Trauma, Secondary Trauma and Self-Care. Anjana also facilitates group therapy sessions and provides individual counseling for survivors of sexual trauma. 

 

Kim Glaze, Prevention Education Coordinator

Kim coordinates middle school Prevention Education classes in the counties that we serve. She uses the 7th and 8th grade curriculums to educate students on Georgia laws regarding sexual assault, lowering risk of personal involvement, what constitutes a healthy relationship and how to make smart choices with social media.
 

 

Natalie Millican, Prevention Educator

Natalie uses the 7th and 8th grade curriculums to educate students on Georgia laws regarding sexual assault, lowering risk of personal involvement, what constitutes a healthy relationship and how to make smart choices with social media.

 

Carrie-Anne Hunt, Prevention Educator

Carrie-Anne uses the 7th and 8th grade curriculums to educate students on Georgia laws regarding sexual assault, lowering risk of personal involvement, what constitutes a healthy relationship and how to make smart choices with social media.
